your order within 7 days from the date of receipt to request the exchange
or refund of the latter.
No question you ask, whatever your reason we will refund
the price of items returned in good condition in their original packaging, as a good buying
and excluding charges.
You can then claim a refund check if you meet our conditions of sale.
To resubmit your order is imperative you a return number that it is enough to
call us on 0483501044 Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00.
Conditions of returns:
Any product that need to be returned must be a request for return to
our services, under penalty of being refused. The time to contact our service is 7 days past
this time it will be refused. Upon receipt of the agreement, you have 15 days to return the product.
After this deadline, your return will be refused. We advise you to make the return trip by colissimo monitoring.
In the contrary, the package will not be under our responsibility.
